Saad is the founder, owner, and operator of La Crosse Controls and Motors. After spending more than a decade in the industrial automation business, he decided to start his own company to help meet the specific needs of his community. He has built an exceptional company and an even better reputation for quality service and extraordinary results. 

La Crosse Controls & Motors takes pride in offering customers a wide variety of services. LCM has over 25 years of experience in the area of industrial automation. We specialize in retrofitting controls in existing machines to help meet the ever changing needs of our customers. Max the dog

Maximus is the official mascot of La Crosse Controls and Motors. Max is the head of company morale and his job is to encourage a positive working environment. What Max lacks in job training, he makes up for in sheer cuteness! He's always up for walks, belly rubs, and of course, TREATS!

Khadijah Islam

Khadijah holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She works along side her father to handle business operations to help La Crosse Controls and Motors run smoothly.
